Ceramic Lined Long Pipes

  Finn Inc. has developed a method which allows long steel pipes to be lined with castable ceramic in one operation. These pipes have NO SEAMS.

  The length of pipes can be up to 20 feet or more. Standard lengths are 10 feet and 20 feet. The ID range is between 1" and 30" or more. The largest ID cast so far is 21 3/4".

  Our ceramic is lined in standard steel pipes, mostly Sch.40. The flanges are standard Slip On 150 lb. or as specified by customer.
